Delivery & Returns

Delivery Info

All our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and can be delivered to United Kingdom and Europe and the rest of the world. Higher value and next day delivery parcels will require a signature to confirm receipt of deliveries, therefore please inform us if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, or if you have any special delivery instructions.

When you place an order, You will receive an email which includes only your receipt and then You will receive a confirmation by email that gives the estimated dispatch time of your good(s). Once we dispatch your good(s), it may take up to 5 working days to arrive.


Sizes are “one size(fits all)” , size 1 , size 2, size 3 and they are subject to availability. Please click on “SizeGuide” link on every product for more information about the measurements.

UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £5 and take up to 4-5 working days to be received.

Europe Deliveries is at a standard charge of £7.95 and take up to 7-10 working days to be received.

USA Deliveries is at a standard charge of £10 and take up to 15 working days to be received.

Deliveries to the rest of the world is at a standard charge of £10.5 and take up to 21 working days to be received.

If you have not received the good(s) within 30 days or any other days which we agreed with you, you may cancel your order and we will pay a full refund.

Please note that some of our Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We are right to define which Products may be delivered to your country. It is customer’s responsibility to check local regulations before placing an order for international delivery. We do not offer any advice in this process.

All orders will be made in pounds Sterling (£). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee. All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.


All good(s) returned to us, must still be in original packaging and labels have not been removed may be exchange with other good(s), If you send the good(s) within 14 days of receipt . When you are trying an item, please make sure you are not wearing perfume which we will be unable to accept. We may give you refund, If the item is faulty or damaged and no replacement product can be supplied.

Failure to fallow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you. The cost of returning is your responsibility and non refundable.

You are right to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days of delivery and can be send by email to info@habibelondon.co.uk Once you cancel your order, the good(s) should be returned to the address below in their original condition and packaging within 14 days or receipt.
